Happy New Years!

Get your sparkles out everyone cause it's New Years Eve! Yes. What a better excuse than new years to pull out that dusty sparkly whatever it may be of yours!

Party safe everyone. Start off the New Year with a bang! A... err.. safe bang. no puns intended people!

Check out my eye look for the night. I pulled out all the sparkly shadows I could find, tried to use most of them too :)

And please don't forget your nails! If you wear accessories like rings and bracelets, you are drawing attention to your pretty little hands so it's always nice when it's presentable. PLUS! decorating your nails is another accessory on its own!

And the BA Begins....

So Beauty Anonymous begins...

My name is Paola and I am a beauty addict! I'm not necessarily a shopaholic but I cannot get enough of anything and everything that relates to beauty - whether it be makeup, clothing, accessories, interior design... anything! Anything that beautifies anything!

It's the New Year so let's jump the gun to Spring/Summer 2013. For me personally, one of the most exciting fashion blossoms of the year and not only because of the season of "rebirth" itself. I think the designers take it personally and literally  as a time to redo the done.

Let's take Dsquared2 as one of my primary examples. My favorite Canadian twins are at it again! Bringing back the 90s. Scary but realistically fantastic at the same time!

And we are talking about Spring/Summer here. So tight shirts, leather skirts and chains of all sorts! Be aware for the Ready-to-wear Dsquared2!... I'm on a roll here

Along with the same idea, Proenza Schouler; leather skirts and neon shirts! Very structurely appealing, makes one gauk. Structure Structure Structure!

Taking the more classic approach, we find Rebecca Taylor, with the usual pastel, light and simple structures, Chiffon, silk and satin. Ahhh. Screams memories of Springs and Summers ago.

Now.. realistically speaking for those of us who do not make more than half a  s i x  figure income. The future still looks very promising! Let's take H&M for example

Cute, simple and sleek deisgns. The red is a little scary. But other than that we have another promising year in the fashion world. 

Now what really has me giggling like a school girl in my knickers is the usual makeup collections that is sure to come! Who doesn't need multiple colors from different makeup brands? I mean, that's why I'm in BA to begin with isn't it? The usual pastelly pink in cute little packages. Oh dear! (Smashbox and Toofaced featured below)

Let's make this just the beginning to a very promising future in Beauty's Anonymous, which is not quite so anonymous anymore!
